She has been my hand therapist for around six years. She has always made me feel comfortable with her caring & friendly way, along with her expertise knowledge.
I went to her even before my hand surgeries, and she helped so much. When it finally came time for my first carpal tunnel surgery with a bone removal on one hand, I requested her. She met me where I was and had me going, and pain free in no time. So then came time for right hand. Bone out plus screw in thumb. She helped me receive almost all my thumb motion.
I’ve told my hand Dr I won’t see anyone else to help me through any rehabilitation. I strongly recommend her, without hesitation.

It was a tremendous blessing to me to be referred to her by a New Braunfels hand surgeon for pain in both of my thumbs. The osteoarthritis was very painful, and she got right to work to make me more comfortable. At my first appointment, in addition to extensive evaluation, she made custom splints for me to relieve some of the issues with my thumbs. Ultimately, I underwent joint surgery on both thumbs and she was my hand therapist from post op rebandaging through making sure I regained strength and flexibility in each hand. Consistently, she educated me on principles of joint care and made sure that in addition to the information I needed, that I had tools, tips and strategies to make my recovery extremely successful. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs customized, competent, caring hand therapy.

She is a spectacular Occupational Therapist. She explains each therapeutic method that she uses in as much or little technical jargon as the client prefers. She uses a plethora of tools for the patient’s recovery, some manufactured but many of her own devises created from common objects. She is encouraging and optimistic without nagging, scolding or condescending. She has a beautiful, loving, caring spirit and is a consummate professional. Her nature immediately puts one at ease, assuring an optimum level of care and recovery.

The first time I was referred to her for hand/wrist therapy was following a very involved and “3-in-1” surgery 6 yrs ago. I was so impressed with her professional knowledge AND her care and compassion. When I needed to have an elbow replacement earlier this yr I was sent to the therapist that works with the physicians group, therapy dept. After 3 visits with her I knew there was no comparison to the therapy I had received previously with her so I asked to be referred to her instead. Having also been through previous hand therapy years ago, in a different state, I can truly say that she is the “Best of the Best”!
